Policy

Out of respect of other clients that are trying to relax we ask that you DO NOT bring small children into the office. Small Children can be disruptive to people trying to Relax. Thank You!
Medical Massage Clinic Cancellation and Tardiness Policy.
When you schedule a massage/service at Medical Massage Clinic, we are reserving a room for your service, therefore we have a strict cancellation policy.
We understand that your time is important and that schedules change, therefore we are happy to reschedule your appointment should you be unable to keep it within 24 hours notice. Nonappearance for the session, or any other appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less then 24 hours notice will incur a $65.00 cancellation fee. This fee is not meant to punish our clients, it is used to reimburse our therapists for their time at work and recover the costs associated with reserving the room for your missed service.
Chronic cancellations may result in Medical Massage Clinic requiring a full price non-refundable deposit on future reservations.
If you are running late for your appointment, your session will be cut short to ensure that the clients scheduled after your service can receive their full session without interruption. Late clients will be charged for the full service originally scheduled.
