We have other options for patients like ultrasonic cavitation that can help slim you the way you’ve always wanted.

My mantra has always been, “ Together, we can address your issues and work through them as a team to get you back to the pain and stress-free self you once knew and on the road to restoration!”

Andrew

Andrew here! I graduated from EVCC’s (Eastern Virginia Career College) medical massage program in 2016. Since then, I have practiced in both chiropractic and spa settings. Fortunately, I have been able to stand out due to my drive to deliver treatment that makes a difference.

Massage is a beneficial treatment in almost every case, and almost everyone can receive it. When I perform massage, my focus is on joint function, articulation, and mobility. Trigger points, fascial adhesion, scar tissue, and painful stubbornness can be smoothly released via passive joint manipulation. By stabilizing and supporting joints, the soft tissue can be made passive and non-resistant to manual release. You really feel it go!

Every session is meant to improve my client’s quality of life and aid the performance of routine activities once they are off the table. To that end, I most enjoy the opportunity to work with clients who need treatment for pain management; recovery from chronic and acute sprains and strains. We all carry some kind of repetitive use overload in our bodies. It is my endeavor to reduce the frequency and severity of such issues.

I look forward to seeing you and preparing a customized treatment plan that is best tailored to your needs in helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.

My specialties include:

Daniel

My wellness skill stack began with personal training, working with disabled adults and post rehab medical exercise. I found that restrictions in mobility were difficult to address through exercise alone, and became interested in manual therapies. In 2003 I attended the Utah college of massage therapy for an 815.5 hr base of training in massage, with a strong structural and myofascial approach. I have been licensed as a massage therapist in VA since that fall.

For the last 20 years, I have expanded my skill set while working in day spas, a medical office, a resort, private practice, traveling to athletic events, and supporting dancers and theatrical performances backstage. For a time I even served as a medic with the VA Army National Guard. Halfway through deployment, I had my table shipped to Iraq, and would work on mobility issues that could impact soldier and unit readiness.

Taking in new techniques and seeing how they can be applied to eliminate pain, enhance mobility, and take the stress out of stressful times is one of my favorite things. If you want my help reaching those goals, I’m glad to be here for you.

Antoinette
