Stephanie

Stephanie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for ten years, worked for Ultimate Family Wellness for four years, certified in Reiki for five years, Yoga Instructor (which includes 200hrs Meditation, 25hrs Restorative, 15hrs Breathwork, 40hrs Yin) for six years; in October, she received her certification for Face Cupping with Modern Cupping Therapy and finished Module 2 of Bowenwork in June.

She supports clients recovering from various traumas (including religious, emotional-anxiety/stress and physical-surgery/sports recovery) by creating a safe space to allow the body to heal on all levels.

Her goal is to continue learning Bowenwork until she completes the certification this year.
